I think her snide comments to Perdy are ridiculous. Perdy is hardly a thread to her and it comes out of her inhability to have children.

I do think that type of comment is just cruel. Many women have miscarriages and can produce one child if they're lucky out of umpteen pregnancies.

In actual fact, I wasn't specifically referring to Rosemary's comments re: Purdey's inability to have children - it was just a general observation about her trying to put Purdey down at every opportunity.

BUT, since you mention it, I agree that her comments about Purey's infertility were just plain nasty, but surely that's perfectly in character for Rosemary? She's an arrogant snob, who doesn't care what she says, or who she hurts.

Neither do I think she sees Purdey as much of a threat. She just doesn't like her, and probably doesn't think she's good enough for her wet blanket of a son.

As far as I can see, Perdy isn't after Grayson for his money and isn't a scheming bitch like Sadie

I get that impression too, Yasmin. She seems to really love Grayson and it doesn't really bother her they're broke as long as they're away from her.
