Charlotte Bellamy is pregnant *spoilers*

Dales actress Charlotte Bellamy has announced she is expecting her second child with her partner, television researcher Mungo Denison.

Charlotte, who plays vicar's wife Laurel Thomas in the Yorkshire-based soap, gave birth to her first child Sunnie in September 2004.

Ironically, the actress' second pregnancy will mirror her screen counterpart's storyline from December, which had already been planned for some time.

Of the news, Charlotte said: "I’m really excited about having a little brother or sister for Sunnie and it’s great that Laurel’s going to be pregnant on-screen too!"

Charlotte will take a break for maternity leave in the spring and return in July.


So that will be Viv, Perdy and now Laurel having babies. Baby overload I think.

Perdy might not end up having hers. Like I told Mrs. DG earlier, Rosemary might force her into an abortion if she finds out it is a King baby

Perdy could defy Rosemary Yasmin as she is desperate to have a baby, so I can`t see her aborting one even if it`s a king baby . I never thought of that Pablo lol, she might call him or her Stormy, or Frosty, or something like that , why do they call their kid`s such daft name`s?

I dunno.... its must be a Beckham thing.... they set a trend for ridiculous names. I couldn't see Perdy having an abortion because Rosemary said so. I mean, who is Rosemary to tell Perdy what to do? Its her uterus so Rosemary could get stuffed as far as Im concerned.

Maybe Ethan will return to impregnate her briefly - again! I have to admit that the name is her first child is frankly awful, though with Mungo being her husband's name you can just imagine them being the most unconventianal family around, and also the ones with the strangest names.
