Count me as another fan of Billy. I didn`t know him when he was nasty. I can`t get over the similarity in looks between him and Andy. Some great casting there.

I am a big Billy fan as well. ( I like watching him and Edna. They have some good scenes together.)
I think the Emmerdale writers have done a great job with his character, they could so easily have gone the other way and had him return as vicious and revengeful.
Having him turn over a new leaf, and getting control over his temper makes him a far more rounded character. I hope that Daz doesn't get adopted by Jack, as for Andy, I think Billy should accept they will never be close. Ending up being civil towards each other could be all Billy will get.

I think he is absolutely great, I have written to him too tell him so as well! I will let you know of any success I have. I do like this guy, though I have to say I feel naughty saying that, given his history of being a murderer! However, I agree with you Sooty saying it is good that they have brought him back as a lovely character this time, as it makes for good viewing, though I think both Andy and Jack are both abng out of order of their treatment of him. I mean Jack should be happy he is a changed man and that he wants to put things right with Daz, I mean Jack is not a perfect father is he? As for Andy, he recently called Billy a lying murdering scumbag - that's a bit like the kettle calling the pot black (Or the other way round!) isn't it? I mean he killed his Mum, then shot Jack and then ended up killing Max, AND cheated on Katie with Jo. I also like this 'relationship' he is getting up with Eli - though I thought that may not actually get off the ground after the trick with the truck brakes and nicking off of Edna, but I look forward to scenes with him with them both. Yep, I love his voice too - infact I think he is quite handsome!

So is Daz actually still there? I've seen bits of episodes latetly (not watching really anymore and haven't for a goof 3 months)
I saw the house collape but not the Kings murder trial (Though i heard froma collegue at work about it). I can't remember the very last thing i saw, never saw Sadie leave so it was before that. Lots of stange people there now (Lochy of HAA/Sam Kratz of neighbours), some fugly caucasian teen..

I think Daz is still there but I haven't seen him lately. Rosemary and Grayson tend to hog Emmerdale a lot .

I`ve got weeks and weeks of Emmerdale to catch up on. I may as well just read the updates rather than watch 5 weeks worth of episodes. I`m glad Daz is still there....I like him.

Yeah don't bother, CG. I had a hell of a time catching up when I got back from Australia last year. It happened a lot when I'd go away so in the end just gave up. If I missed it, I missed it. 6 eps is taking the piss. Frazer Hines was right when he said (at the time it was 5 a week) people don't want 10 to watch when they get back from a fortnight away.

Patsy No I have to agree with you there Patsy, I was away when they buried Max King and I taped it, I still have not watched it, and I believe it was also the timethat Jarvis left? I also taped a week when I recently went away when Lexi joined and it was only because I was ill recently that I watched it in bed. It is too much to catch up on.

Frazer Hines was right when he said several years ago (at the time when it was 5 a week) people don't want to tape that many when they're away. I wish ITV would reduce them. Can't see it ever happening though. Hope you're feeling better now. Patsy

Patsy Mmm, I can see why now, I mean even IF you did manage to tape the episodes, there is always the snag, that they could run late, or something, and then like I say it is making the time to watch them. The only way I do do it, is if there is a certain storyline I don't want to miss then I watch those bits and miss the rest. I am so so thanks for asking . That ill health was a nasty migraine

Yes. I have ended up missing so many eps because of trying to catch up. The crunch came really when I got back from Australia and I was constantly getting behind. I tried a few more times last year but even a few days away I'd get behind so I stopped bothering. Now I don't even watch. Oh how awful. I've had them only a couple of times and they can be nasty. Glad you're feeling better now. Patsy

I must be doing something right, as I have not had one for quite a while now!
