Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere. However I read yesterday on my Wap phone (I think it was the Digital Spy site) that Peter Martin is to star in the stage version of "Dad's Army" which begins a national tour from September 07 - through to Spring 2008.
I'm not sure if this should of been in spoilers as it could have significance on the character of Len I guess? However it is also news.

that,s interesting Len going to be in the stage version of Dad,s Army  do you think it will be worth buying tickets to see Lane as ex easteanders Dirty Den/Leslie Grantham is starring in it too? |

It is quite a well known cast and it is also consisting of scripts from 3 episodes that haven't been seen since the 60s as the BBC deleted them. So if you are a DA fan then yes I think it could be worth it?

Now that's a thought. I'm actually starting to think when Tom first died they didn't know who had killed him, afterall it has taken so long and seems to have gone off in several angles? So I'm wondering if the suspect list was made up of people whose contracts were up for renewal and they have made it up as they have gone along? As opposed to it being well thought out.
However, if it does turn out to be Len, then I think that is stupid.

So they reckon, though I have read somewhere that the cast now know as they have filmed it, yet the other day, it was said that they are ABOUT to film it. Either way, it is time they laid it to rest, pardon the pun.
It could be Len who killed Tom because of how he treated Edna?

I have not got a foggiest who it was, I just hope it was not one of the King brothers. But I for one will be delighted when all this finally comes to an end.
