And Marlon calls himself a Dingle....Zak would`ve driven his fist through Kirks face cop or no cop. Ditto with Cain too.

Why wasn't Debbie arrested for crushing that guy's £20k-£30k car?
Debbie/Eli relationship (fingers down throat).
Belle/Lily making hooch.
Why has Daz suddenly moved out?
How does Sam afford the rent on a lovely village cottage? I thought the only work he did was a few hours a week helping Joe with the goats?

Correct me if I am wrong, but last week when Katie was polishing that plaque and Andy strolled up, the doors to the village Hall I think it was opened, and she said 'Time to pick up Sarah' to which he replied 'Yes' I thought she was in Spain with Jo?  |

I didn`t even know Jo and Sarah was in Spain until they came back lol. Wow I wonder what part of Spain they went to that didn`t need passports? Nowt was ever mentioned about getting one for Sarah before. And I `m sure red flags would be raised at the airport when Sarah and Jo went through security with them having different surnames.

Not picky, picky at all. It's sloppiness. They do that when they sent people abroad, either on holiday or to live which sends out the wrong message. I've picked them (and Corrie) up on little things before now.

Patsy Sorry I haven't watched the Teletext as I am at my sisters and she doesn't have it, and apart from that we had to put our dog to sleep so we are heartbroken over that. Ok he was 16 and ill, but it doesn't help does it?  |

I'm sorry to hear that about your dog, Sharon. I think the older they are the worse it is as you forget they have a limited lifespan and think they'll be around forever. 16 was a good age though. I had two which got that far, though one died 3 days after her birthday and the other (father) was 17 and lost the will to live.

There have been a few letters on teletext lately saying how much Emmerdale has gone downhill
Lily and belle making hooch (is that the same Belle who is Lisa and Zaks daughter and is about 7)?

Yes it was Nick. I think the writers were looking for the 'awww factor' from the audience when Belle told Lilly she was making it because she feels guilty about the cost of her school fees and wanted to make something for Zak and Lisa for Christmas.
The storyline wouldn`t have been so bad had it not turned into a Carry On film involving Rodney when Belle put too much yeast in the demijohns and the booze exploded!!!

Can I just take this chance to thank everyone for their kind sentiments over the loss of my beloved dog.
It is still hard to accept he has gone, especilly with his cheeky but wonderful nature/ personality, and me and my sister miss him dreadfully.
On top of all that my 'adopted' father is seriously ill, and I found out the other week my Auntie has a brain aneurysm like Sunitta had in Corrie.
But, never the less, Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year everyone.
