Monday
Only just making it to the church on time, Rosie and Frazer finally enjoy their dream wedding and Frazer even succeeds in escaping the confines of his wheelchair for his special day. But as their perfect day comes to an end, the happy couple leave for their honeymoon, oblivious to the terrible disaster about to befall their guests…
Ned’s brother Steve moves to Erinsborough with his wife, Miranda, and daughter, Bridget. The Parkers immediately sense the underlying romantic tension between Ned and Janae. But they soon realise they have far more to catch up on when they meet Mickey and learn that Ned’s a dad!
Tuesday
In the horrific aftermath of the bus crash, Carmella and Ringo are trapped inside as the vehicle threatens to explode. Ringo begins to lose consciousness, but not before declaring his love for Carmella. In the heat of the moment, terrified she’s about to lose Ringo, Carmella reciprocates – she loves him too.
Designated driver Toadie’s mortified when he is breathalysed and found to be perilously close to the legal limit. Faced with a more-accurate blood test, Toadie reels – is he to blame for the accident? Elsewhere Mickey runs away.
Wednesday
Despite Ned and Steve’s best efforts to track him down, Mickey manages to elude them, hiding out in an old warehouse. When he is discovered by an opportunistic street kid, Mickey is convinced to take part in illegal activity rather than return to Ramsay Street to face the music. Amid the chaos, Janae inadvertently reveals her true feelings for Ned to Miranda.
Elle does her best to support Oliver as his bond with his new-found birth mother, Rebecca, starts to grow. But Elle can’t help but voice her concern at the restraints Rebecca puts on her relationship with Oliver.
Thursday
Rebecca’s claim that Paul is the biological father of Oliver is immediately dismissed and she’s labelled a con woman. But when she insists on a DNA test, everyone including Paul and Oliver begin to consider the possibility she’s telling the truth.
Ned and his newly arrived brother and family are all stumped as to what to do next in the search for Mickey who has done a runner. When they get news of him things go from bad to worse as they discover he has been involved in a crime. Little do they know Mickey is caught up in the opportunistic crimes of a teenage boy – the son of Rebecca, Oliver’s biological mum.
Elsewhere Caleb and Boyd hide something from Sky.
Friday
As Rebecca’s claim that Paul is Oliver’s father continues to rock the Robinson family, Paul feels the need to broach the subject of how intimate Elle and Oliver have been. When Oliver lies and tells him there's nothing to worry about, Paul is relieved. However Elle breaks down, admitting she doesn’t know how to stop loving Oliver. Protective of his daughter, Paul confronts Rebecca – only to experience an unexpected frisson as they remember their long-ago weekend of passion!
Ned continues to search for Mickey with no luck and Janae provides invaluable support. Emotionally exhausted after a long distressing day, Ned finally gets the courage to tell Janae he’s in love with her.
I think this is the first week of the new-look Neighbours and it does look good doesn't it? What does everyone else think?
Should be interesting to see the Plank's family.
