I`m guessing she`s in the same place where Ian was being kept captive by Steven. I can`t help but think Steven is keeping Lucifer hidden away just to traumatise him even more.

Mu mum actually commented the other day that none of her family seem that worried about her, and that it's not true to real life because most parents wouldn't be able to function properly through not knowing.
