Haven't seen it and won't but was chatting to a bloke at Town Quay yesterday who slagged RTD off. LOL!

I suppose as stories about aliens trying to capture Earth (yet again) go it wasn't too bad..and because it is continued next week it had a better relaxed pace about it

Certainly nothing very original about this episode, but in fact I enjoyed it far more than last week's.

Were they good or as bad as Derek Deadman with his lisp and, "Doc-tor!"? I quite liked the ones in The Two Doctors but they weren't identical when they ought to have been.

It is...my haven't they shrunk !! That is just what we said. ;D When they do stories now with enemies of series from years ago ( ie cybermen etc ) they don't seem half as scary........or is it because I am older !! That said, I enjoyed it, good to see Martha back.

The scariest thing about the Cybermen of old was Christopher Robbie's awful mid-Atlantic accent in Revenge of the Cybermen. LOL! The new Cybermen with their pathetic voices are as scary as trifle.

I missed the first 10/15 minutes (stupid 6.20 airing!) so missed the reunion with Martha. But what I saw was good I thought and I thought the cliffhanger was really good with all the killer fumes being released.

I'm assuming that the only way the Doctor can stop this disaster (which has already kicked off) is to stop/reverse time a la Superman?

But that happened in the finale of last season with Martha and the Master so it can't really happen again can it?
