From The Mirror News for all Corrie fans, Violet's annoying sister Lauren will soon be quitting the cobbles for good. Actress Lucy Evans makes her exit next month, just a few weeks after Violet and Jamie leave with their new baby. Insiders say producers have gone off the idea of turning Lauren into a long-term character but a spokeswoman insists that she was only ever staying for six months. Either way, Lauren's out. I Can't say I will miss her.

Whoever wrote that article could be done for false information - "actress"is far too complimentary for that little madam!
Thank GOD she's going!! She would have been an okay character if they'd bothered to find a decent actress. But they didn't, so . . .

With maybe the possible ecception of Marcus. I like him.....dunno why but I do. And I would rather see Janice in Marcus` place in getting the heave ho ;D |

So do I but she HAS to go if they can't be bothered doing anything proper with her. She's just using up valuable budget with all those dire Norris scenes which are pure drivel.
