Blimey you had a small frame.
It really doesn't seem so long ago we said goodbye to Hilda, does it? Where's the time gone?

I don't remember all of the 20 years before but I do remember how long everything took during my childhood, especially how long it took for the school hols to come round again. LOL! Maybe we don't notice the time passing so much as we get older.

Time definately goes quicker now than when I was a kid. The last 10 years since I left school have flown but the 10 years previous to that went slowly.

I can`t believe I`ve been married 18 years. The longest I ever dated someone before that was 18 months lol The first scene I can ever remember watching was in the late 60`s and there was a crash when a coach (I think) fell off the viaduct. I must`ve been about 5. I wasn`t even allowed to watch Corrie as 7pm was my bedtime and I used to sneak downstairs and watch Corrie through a partially opened door lol ;D

LOL!
The coach crash was 1969 when it first went to colour.

Could it have been when the train fell off the viaduct?
LOL! I used to do that with George & Mildred except it was sneaking into my parent's room.

We didn`t get our colour telly until 1972, so it would`ve been in black and white for us anyway lol. The crash I`m thinking of was when Ena ended up in hospital. I can remember having quite a few nightmares after that show.

Cowing Hell Nick...you show marvelous restraint. If I had that Corrie 60`s box set, I`d have watched every single episode as soon I got it. And sod the kids, housework and hubby until every episode were all seen ;D

I haven't watched any of the 60s box set yet. It's still in an ever growing pile of DVDs to watch going back to when I was in Oz.

The Sun says the scenes were "secretly filmed". Yeah so secret the pics are in the paper. Cynical ratings ploy!
