Absolutely. And as far as Emm is concerned their other main problems seems to be a fixation with overly-dramatic storylines and poorly judged panto humour. Sorry - I know I've said that again and again, but maybe it's in the forlorn hope that someday, one of the Emm PTB might actually surf the forums and spot all the discontent that is around!

I'm hoping more Michael Grade will read things and see sense. He wants to save money to invest in original programming. The first thing he should have done was axe eps of the soaps. Corrie is reportedly £1 million per ep. Drop two and that'll save £104 million. If Emmerdale has a similar budget then you're getting over £150 million saved.

The Who Killed Tom King storyline really did drag for too long, if it had ended a couple of months earlier, I'm sure it would have won an award. The King family is extremely wearing to watch, they really need to stop focusing on them.
