I think this is the first man Michelle has had real chemistry with - I never liked her and Steve together, although I like both characters now I wasnt a Michelle fan at the time she was with Steve and felt she was far too annoying when she was with him. I also thought both Luke and Peter werent Michelle's type.
Jake and Michelle seem perfect together - he has to return after his initial few episodes.

I loved the scene where he went to Michelle's window and asked her to go with his to Scotland and when he said he's be back. Corrie have to keep Jake.

Good news - Kenny has been back to Manchester this week to film more scenes as Jake. Apparently he will return for 1 more episode to be shown on New Years Eve but fingers crossed he will be back again.

Just out of curiousity( being over ayear behind) where is Michelle living now.? I can't believe she abused Steve as she did and ended up staying in the pub. If I was him I would have kicked her out. I always liked her till the break up with Steve now she is boring. Steve and Karen were the best combination when that wasn't twisted by the writers

I love Michelle as a character now - I really disliked her all the time she was with Steve - she is much better on her own or even better with Jake!!
