Jake Woods appears as a talking Gecko in the US car insurance adverts
I can`t look at Max in EE without smiling now - especially as Max Branning is in the insurance business himself. I wonder if that was a coincidence?

Love it - I wonder if they knew Mux was going to be revealed as a con man, rather than an honest insurance salesman, when he recorded these ads? Now he truly is an untrustworthy reptile.
Jake Woods's cockerney accent is quite strong in these ads - some people even in Britain might have trouble following what he's saying, especially the one in the zoo when the Gecko is talking to the beaver. I wonder if Americans can understand every word?

Some of the accent is a little different but the stuff about babysitting kids is clearly him.

And yes we do have Geico for our car insurance needs - its the cheapest one around - especially for brand new drivers like our Jamie.
