Poorly Stacey causes chaos
By ANNE RICHARDSON Published: Today
LACEY Turner has put EastEnders bosses in a panic before tonight's live episode, after being struck down by flu.
The star - who plays newlywed Stacey Branning - was sent home from rehearsals yesterday, as she fell ill and struggled to say her lines.
A show insider told a newspaper: "She was croaking at cast members, saying 'I can't speak'.
"Lacey is always such a professional and she doesn't want to do anything to jeopardise the live show."
The 21-year-old is due to play a large part in tonight's 25th anniversary live special, as the wife of prime suspect Bradley, played by Charlie Clements, who is set to leave the show tonight.
But her sudden illness has thrown plans into chaos.
Will she make the live show?

They just said outright that Bradley will die tonight - well that's spoilt it for me. I knew he was leaving, but I thought all talk of his death was a load of vicious rumours

I can't believe they're killing off a good character! Becca would appear to be in the frame. Hey maybe that's it. Bradley finds out she dun Archvillain and she kills him too! Patsy

In my eyes Becca was to blame. If she hadn`t gone blabbing to the police, they wouldn`t have chased Bradley, and he and Stacey would`ve gone away a lot sooner so he didn`t have to die. I`m so glad I didn`t look at any EE spoilers - Bradleys death would have lost all the inpact. I didn`t know he was going to die tonight. I though with the Sun newspaper it was just rumour.

Becca, Jack, Mux and Windy are all to blame for their own part in it. All he wanted to do was tell the police he hit Archie and why and he was persuaded not to by Mux and Jack. Becca only grassed him up because of her obsession with Windy. But he still could have told them the truth. It probably would have been unable to prove anyway he did the deed.
