I haven't watched Corrie in ages and won't all the while Kate Ford is there. However from what I have been reading, her acting is worse than ever? Is that possibe? I actually thought she improved slightly over the years in her last stint.
I read that she was really good the other day when Tracy was in a coma, but even then she was grinning!
So I was just interested is she really being that bad on her return? There are rumours circulating now that her contract is going to be cut short supposedly because she misses her baby too much?
My Mum read an interview with her recently where she said she only got pregnant because she was failing all her auditions.

Yes! Her acting really IS that bad - made a thousand times worse by her current material. The dialogue is so OTT that the over all effect is quite stunningly sick-making.
And if she only got pregnant because she couldn't get a job, then that's terrible. It's on a par with someone who only gets pregnant in order to qualify for a council house.

No rumours. Announced in the press. She always was awful and if it's true she failed auditions then it does sort of back up our theory back then either Daran Little or Kieran Roberts or both got her the job. DL in particular wouldn't have any criticism, keeping CSVU in his pocket to prevent any there. Course she was good in a coma - she just had to lie there.  But do you remember A Fresh Start when we killed her off off-screen because she couldn't even play a corpse? Patsy |

I was being sarky about the coma. She apparently was even grinning then LOL! I can imagine.
However it did make me think no one is really saying anything that we weren't all saying first time round, only difference is /daran Little was there so maybe he was the connection all along?
My Mum told me she read about getting pregnant in n interview. Nothing would surprise me about Kaate Ford. This is the girl who stole someone else's awards as a child so she could take them to assembly and be clapped at.
Edit: Excuse the typos having real trouble with the keys on my laptop. They keep sticking and either don't type or type a letter more than once.

So KF is more like her character than I realised lol
It really bugs me beyond belief that Deidre constantly sticks up for her knowing she`s a murderer who got free on a technicality.
I`m calling BS on KF leaving because she misses her son. More than likely she just isn`t working out for Phil Collinson. The other producer and Kate were probably good pals. It wouldn`t surprise me if KF offered him favours and he turned her down because he`s gay LOL

Everything is so exaggerated with her, and she's terrible at delivering lines, a part of me wonders if all she does is quotes the script, you're meant to play with the words too, try different ways of saying things. |

I cant bare watching Tracy anymore. I definately think her acting is worst now, she wasnt this bad before im sure.

She prob was but I enjoyed the character of Tracy back them with her scheming against Karen and Steve, The Croppers etc. So that probabaly stopped me seeing how bad she was. Also since she returned its just got silly with her being nasty just for the sake of it.

I think many echo your sentiments, Jezziekins. Since they ruined the character with the personality transplant before they should've left alone. A couple of guesting eps wouldn't show how awful she is. This new boss is a numpty.
