Had nothing better to do, so watched this last night on ITV2. As you might have expected, it was absolute drivel, and I'm not even sure what target audience it was aimed at.
No fault of Helen Flanagan - she did actually manage to prove in a very few instances that she can act reasonably well, and not just be 'ditzy' and bloody irritating.
No, it was just complete tripe, like some sort of Hollyoaks 'Lite'.
On the subject of Rosie, someone elsewhere pointed out very rightly that she is yet another soap character who's had a brain transplant. Far from being the dimbo she is now, Rosie was very bright - didn't Sally get herself into all sorts of financial trouble trying to keep her at private school?

Most of the cast have had transplants Paul. Look at how ditzy they have made Deidre Barlow recently. As nice as it is to see another side of Deidre, it looks strange to her character somehow - especially as it seemed to appear out of nowhere.

Very true Wendy - I think that sometimes the TPTB forget that some of us are long-time viewers!

It`s the same as Brenda in Emmerdale...another 360 ditzy turnaround.

I watched 'Just Rosie' earlier. What a farce. I was cringing in some parts because it was so ludicrous. Not so much the acting but the plot. Jayne Hollinson should be embarrassed writing that script. It seemed more like something Johnathan Harvey would have written. But then again had Johnathan Harvey written it, prawn would`ve featured prominently in nearly every scene.

Would've been called Just Prawn's Ego in that case.
