Not shocked. They were right about it losing its way. That's evident watching the old ones on Drama. Nicholas Lyndhurst's character is a poor man's Brian Lane while they should have gone for a complete opposite to Amanda Redman, not another blonde female.

Have only ever watched one episode and the plot had more holes in it than Nottingham lace !!

Twelve years isn't bad for a series.
It lost it's way when the original cast moved to pastures new.
It was a series I enjoyed.

LOL! I've been watching the old ones on Drama. They're nearly at the end of series 5 and already it's lost much of the humour.
