I had a similar thing recently, lasting about six weeks. I just coughed and coughed and coughed and couldn't shift it. They prescribed me antibiotics (no effect) and an asthma inhaler, which helped a bit but I was exhausted - no sleep due to coughing all night, and a permanent pain in the torso due to inter-costal muscles being forced to cough all day and all night. It was hellish. Hope affected cast members recover faster than I did  |

My dad had something similar but the antibiotics worked. He also borrowed my humidifier to help him sleep.
