I see Audrey has a new house...she used to have a set with a through lounge..now it seems to be filmed in a real house

It looks the same apart from a wall in the middle of her main room seperating the dining room/lounge room. I wonder what the outcome of this storyline with Audrey being broken into will be? I had no idea that was going to happen.

I wish they would save Fred let him go away with Audrey leaving the bossy Bev behind,I dont like the idea of Fred Dying.I think he is a lovely chap.

I wouldn't have thought so...poor Gail already has a houseful...maybe Audrey will kick Fizz out of the salon flat,sell her house and move into that to be nearer her family

Then maybe Sarah and Beth could move into the salon flat, then Audrey can move into Gail's house, and then she could scare away any potential mass murderers or creepy chiropodists who might have designs on her dozy daughter. |

Didn't Audrey once re-mortgage her house or take out a loan or something to pay Gail's debts.
I'm suprised they haven't continued that story, because Gail never found out did she ?.

Blanche mentioned something about not wanting to go into a home, and that she had enough saings to get herself a little place away from the Barlows.
I thought she bought the house next door for Tracy and the baby, and then promptly rented it out to Danny Baldwin etc.
She could boot Frankie and Jamie out and have her own house back if she wanted....

Now you come to mention it I do remember now how she wanted to sell it to Steve Macdonald so he could settle down with Tracy and Amy, but Steve strung her along and didn't buy it.
If Charlie had bought it I'm sure he would have made life difficult for any tenants, even if he himself was living at the pub with Shelley at the time.
I seem to recall also that Blanche's annoying old bag friend Lena fell off the perch around that time - maybe she left Blanche a few quid, which paid for the hip op - and she didn't need to sell the house after all?
Then again maybe Blanche sold it to Danny - and that's how come Frankie is still living there.

She sold it to the same landlord Steve McDonald did after he suggested it. That raised the money for the hip op.

I never noticed that bit. But it certainly looks like instead of just using the exterior and front door they are using the real house now. Do they think people don't notice?
