What has happened to Eccles, the dog that loves Ken !!
It must be 6 months since we saw her. I can't remember when she was last even mentioned, have they got rid of her.?
At least we see Schmeichel and Monica now and again.

Maxine's cat was last seen outside the house then disappeared. Probably found a new home. It's stupid when they introduce pets for storylines rather than it being just because the character needs one. They did it with Reet and the hairy fleabag, big headlines too, but it was a Norris storyline because she buggered off on her cruise then sold the thing. Then they did the same with Blanche.

Blanche sold number 7 to the same landlord that owns number 11.

I had completely forgotten about Eccles - the dog was called 'Eccles' because it was short for something else, wasn't it? Can't rememeber what.
Corrie is not as on the ball as EE when it comes to pets - EE are more consistent. Ethel's Willie was always around, as was Roly in the pub.

I agree there, Pearly. Pauline's always taking her Betty for carries like Edna does with Tootsie in Emmerdale.
