If Tracy is trying to set Claire up as some kind of alibi or character witness it won't work.

If Tracy kills Charlie and tries to use the fact that he was a bastard in her defence she will need a PROPER WITNESS. Claire coming in and saying 'Tracy told me he was a git..' is not real evidence. It is hearsay evidence at best and won't save Tracy from the nick.

She is keeping notes of dates and times when Charlie has 'abused' Tracy - shame she can't look after her own baby so well. Last week she brought him out in the street bare-headed and stood there yakking while the kid was obviously freezing. It was quite a quick scene - but how many times did they rehearse it with that very young baby and no hat?
