Nope. I hate Johnny Vegas so that put me off.
Why do new ITV comedies these days always go out late at night?

Probably because there was a lot of effing and blinding in it....especially with a young girl of about 14 telling her grandmother to eff off a few times. Charming! When Johnny Vegas jumped in the pool I thought someone was going to harpoon him. Jeez he`s huge. But fair play to him showing his bulk on tv.

There was that Peter Davison one last year on at 10pm and I kept forgetting about it because it was so late. If they took the swearing out they could show it earlier.
Glad I didn't see it now! LOL!

It was ok..there were some good lines in it
thing is about sitcoms nowadays..they aren't laugh out loud..most of the time you sit there cringeing with an uncomfortable chuckle at the crassness of the characters.
I see its written by Derren Litten who worked with Catherine Tate on her first 2 series

In 2003 we went to stay at my brothers villa in Denia..we decided to have a couple of days in Benidorm (I had never been) Geoff had been in the 70's.....I was expecting Blackpool by the sea,I must say I was pleasantly surprised...the promenade looked very nice

Wish I could find that Johnny Vegas article I read last week about season 3 of Benidorm. Wow he`s lost a tremendous amount of weight. What makes it all the more impressive is that he did it for his kids. Way to go Johnny!!!

I have read that 5 characters from Benidorm have been axed
Geoff Maltby & his mum, played by Johnny Vegas & Elsie Kelly. The posh couple Martin & Kate played by Nicholas Burns & Abigail Cruttenden and Chantelle Garvey the teenager played by Hannah Hobley
And also the character of Mel has had to be written out after the unexpected death of Geoffrey Hutchins who played him
I suppose it stands to reason really as it would be highly unlikely that the same group of people would arrive at the same resort on the same week every year..and characters like Martin & kate hated it and only ended up there by mistake...I just hope they replace them with good characters
