In yesterdays News of the World it said that Kate to tie the knot with her boyfriend TV Producer Jon Connerty. It says they are "both over the moon".

Kate Ford has done an interview with All About Soap.
They asked her who should would keep in touch with.
She said Suranne and Shobna, even though they have left she still sees them. She is also friends with Samia Smith and Julia Haworth.
They asked her what she wasnt to so next after Corrie to which she replied " I just want to be an actress and have the opportunity to play different characters"
