It's been made clear on the show he is gay and not bi. Rosemary's said it. Perdy's made it very clear hi dalliances are with men. Didn't they listen? The whole thing is just stupid.

ok im confused now! I havent been watching much until this week, but apparently he made eyes at Louise, Jo among others. Unless he was doing that to hide the fact he was gay - personally ive never done that myself LOL - id say he is bisexual.
But as this is soap not real life they can change things so maybe he started off bi and is now gay - who knows.

I don't think they thought this through properly at all.

Well I remember a fair bit.
When Sadie and Matthew popped round to Oakwell to eat horse, Grayson made a bit of a remark about Sadie, sexually, which Perdy disapproved of.
When Perdy and Hari were having a drink together, she started crying and told him she knew best friends shared everything but... "I didn't know that extended to husbands"
During Perdy's flirting with Hari, Grayson was seen flirting with Jo too. In fact in the pub he checked her out when she came and stood next to him.
I think the writers have messed up, and I want them to admit it.

I agree. It looks too like they don't know from one minute to the next what he's meant to be.

Maybe he himself is not sure of his sexuality - most men his age would by then know whether they are gay, straight or bi but he might not.

Poor Toni. Kelly was so bitchy. Why? Just because she can?

I am still laughing at the drunken antics of Jimmy. Did you see when they rang the bell he leapt up with his fists up like a boxer. ;D

I saw that bit. I thought the Kings were barred. Unfortunately I did miss about half of it because I got a phone call.

Indeed they were - unfortunately Scrippo no.24 forgot to pass on this valuable snippet of script-writing continuity to Scrippo no. 632 before he went to visit his mother-in-law last October.

An OK episode tonight, sadly dominated by Jo-Katie-Andy etc.
Wish we'd have seen Grayson and Diane at the casino
Felt sorry for Perdy. Miscarriages must be an awful thing to endure.
Poor Tootsie! I wish someone would slap Edna though. She's generally quite unpleasant to people.

Me too. Not surprising she snapped at Gray. Tootsie obviously didn't want them to realise she killed Tom King so fled. Patsy

Well what he said was pretty careless. Much as I love Grayson. He's a very tactless man

Roxanne seems to be working very hard in the role lately. I have to congratulate her for that. She's been good lately. Katie is just boring.
Rosemary's crocodile tears didnt wash with Perdy. Or the rest of us.
Hari is just a waste of time now. He started having depth a while back but now he's just another Matthew, only Irish.

Agreed, Patsy.
I am loving how they are developing the friendship between Diane and Grayson. Another pair of great odd ball friends.

I love it too. Their marriages are quite similar in terms of character. Diane and Gray love a good time, Jack and Perdy are both really uptight and easily wound up.

Jack is a bit staid too. But they say opposites attract. I'm surprised Diane has stuck him so long.

I agree with you. I know she gets a lot of slagging off from some people, particularly due to the fact that Jo is so stroppy and moody, but surely that's the scrippo's fault, not hers? (Unfortunately, so many soap viewers find it impossible to separate the actors from the characters they play ) Anyhoo, I think she's doing an 'OK' job at the moment, and in fact I think Andy and Jo would make a better-matched pair than Andy and Miss Drippy.

Totally agree. In fact, I think they are building them up for that. I don't predict a long future in the soap for Sammy Winward.
