I`m glad Bryan Kirkwood has been listening to the viewers at long last. As soon as I heard Babs Windsor was taking a break, I commented here that it would be a perfect time to recast Ben as I know how fond she is of him.
I wonder how he will be written out? Something explosive apparantly.

Hopefully they'll be replaced by better characters. Fed up of all these young ones anyway - and I am totally unaware of any massive impact made by Sam and Emer (Emer? Short for Emergency Appendectomy or something equally painful???)
They seem to want a major overhaul, which could be really good if handled properly, as it probably won't be. I still haven't forgiven them for killing off Bradley (sob).

Although i'm only really bothered about four, it's getting kind of ridiculous, since the new exec producer took over, there have been fourteen axed or quitting.

Don't forget that not that long ago they dispatched Trina, Owen, Manda, Archie, Bradley and Amira.
It looks like they're leaving us with a programme dominated by Brannings and Beales, and the odd stray Mitchell.

Patsy It's not just that for me. Madeline is a good actress and was improving, unlike the other actors her age that are getting worse. IMO Lorna Fitzgerald was a better actress when she joined than she is now, yet it's her onscreen sister that leaves. |

How many times are they replaced because they're not good looking enough? Patsy I really hate it when they recast them for 'not being good looking enough'. The fact that out soaps aren't about finding the best looking people and throwing them together is what makes them. I've spoken to some Americans who say they prefer to watch out soaps because of this, but now it's like we're going the exact same way. |

I have no idea. I thought he was going to Hollywood anyway. LOL! Maybe Stacey confesses - or does in Becca. Either way she could be going to prison and maybe Jean moves near her.
