Fantastic....thanks Jez. I`d love one of your friends to take a pic of the two of you together. Then I can get it framed. (Am not kidding) Have a *K* - but you have to share it with Charles Dale when you meet him ;D I forgot to mention he was brilliant in 'Rocket Man' too. I think his characters name was Barney.

Brilliant!!! I cannot wait til next month. I have missed it so much - Saturday nights are just not the same Thanks Sooty ;D I was always a fan of Peter Davidson. I remember Sandra Dickinson too, so I`m glad to see their daughter has caught the acting bug too. I don`t know who the other F2`s are...have never watched the other shows they have been in. Wow season 24...now I feel old!!!!

It`s what Ruth and Toby were Nick. I`m assuming it`s the equivilent of an intern...a doctor in training in their 2nd year. I`m not exectly sure what the F stands for though.

I have really enjoyed the first 3 episodes - its always good when Casualty comes back with a big storyline and new characters after their summer break.
It was nice to see Toby again I agree - I didnt expect to see him. Im not sure if it was just a one off tho.

Georgia Moffett didn't last long did she. Nice to see Toby back ( and happy ) it would be nice if he had a recurring role. I presume it's filmed in Wales now....anybody recognise anywhere ?? This seriously ill 'friend' of Zoe's who is returning...is it Nick Jordan ??

From HolbytvIreland's Evening Herald newspaper online has revealed that original cast member Brenda Fricker is set to make a return to CASUALTY next year. Brenda played SEN Megan Roach in the first five series of the show and made a guest appearance at Charlie & Baz's wedding in 2008 and more recently in 2007's Comic Relief Special episode. She is set to appear in a number of episodes next year however it will be a short return for Brenda, as Megan is set to meet her maker. She told the newspaper, 'I loved CASUALTY, it was great. I'm back next year for four episodes. I die. I don't know if I should be telling you that, but yes, I die.' Good to see Megan back, but what a shame she dies.

Such a shame. She`s in my top 10 of all time fave Casualty characters. Better stock up on the tissues - I bet it will be a emotional episode.

Megan was definately the most popular of Casualty's original characters so its good to see her return even if she dies at the end of her 4 episodes.

I haven`t seen Saturdays Casualty yet, but I`m getting the impression that Sara Evans is gay and fancies Ruth. She doesn`t like it very much that Ruth is dating Jay.

I never thought of that Wendy - good point. I love Jay - he is a fantastic character and quite a catch - Ruth should feel very lucky to have him.

I`m loving Jay more by the week too. Pairing up Jay and Ruth was a brilliant move. I never thought their relationship would work - but it does. I don`t really like that Scottish F2 very much....too cocky by half. He doesn`t seem to have much of a bedside manner at all.

I can't stand him either Wendy, lets hope he soon trips himself up and calms down. Great to see Nick back.

Casualty leaving: Sam Grey who plays Alice. Casualty arriving: Lucy Gaskell who plays Kirsty.
Holby leaving: Patsy Kensit who plays Faye.

I`m not surprised about Alice. She didn`t have much to do since Curtis died.
Patsy Kensit doesn`t seem to be able to stick with anything for too long. Whether its Emmerdale or Holby. Who would want to hire her if she gets bored easily?

SO i`m guessing Megan Roache comes back for the 25th anniversary of Casualty. Not much of a Birthday celebration is it - to come back to die

I think the 25th is next year and Megan is back this year (in a few weeks time I think???)
