I am sorry to read that Amanda Mealing ( Connie ) and Luke Roberts ( Joseph ) are leaving Holby Cty....apart from Elliot, these are my favourite characters.  |

Regarding last Saturdays episode (September 22nd, 2012)
In this episode there was a old man being bought into A&E who was injured during a storm. He was very depressed and told the staff he wanted it known he was a DNR (Do not resuscitate).
Well it turned out he was Big Macs mentor at another hospital and he and Mac were good friends. Macs friend developed heart problems and the staff didn`t do anything to resuscitate him because the old man told them before hand even though Big Mac begged them to do something.
I thought a DNR could only be issued if it was in writing?

I was so sad to see Nick go, but really chuffed to see Ash back.
It appears he has re-trained as a Dr.
