Yes i read that and agreed with every word...the trouble with Cilla is that they brought her in as a vile, tarty, terrible mother for a short contract..then they gave her a fulltime contract..but she was too vile to like her .and they wrote her into a corner.so they do this cancer storyline to 'soften' the character....a typical example of a hasty, ill thought out story just to make Cilla seem more human
and as for Jamie & Frankie,I have said all I need to say....it WOULD NOT happen
Corrie is going through another one of its troughs at the moment

Jez would disagree with you there. LOL!
I agree. It's too late for Cilla like it was when they tried to make Tracy 4 have redeeming features. Mind you, KF's acting meant all that was wasted anyway.

I would Patsy chuck! Im loving it at the moment! All the stuff with Charlie and Tracy, The Connors and even the Cilla storyline is good. I just wish Jamie and Frankie would leave - thats the only storyline im not liking much.
LOL I laughed last night when Kate Ford said, as Tracy, "I could have been an actress" - referring to how good Tracy has been fooling Charlie!

She was worse than usual in those 'Let's have a row for fun' scenes - it was cringemaking.

When this whole Charlie/Tracy storyline reaches it's conclusion. ( And we know what is going to happen! ) I can't imagine anyone holding up a placard saying..........'Free the Weatherfield one.'
I thought that newspaper article was spot on.

I have to say im really disliking her now. All Frankie is bothered about is people knowing about her and Jamie and whether Violet will need any help from Jamie when the baby arrives.
I can understand her feeling weird because Jamie's ex is pregnant but she should stop being so selfish and just thinking about "poor her" all the time - Warren isnt speaking to her, Danny is missing - Sorry Frankie you brought most of it on yourself.

I loved Norris.
Norris, sweeping up outside the shop. 'Hello Frankie, Been away?' She replies, 'Yes thanks Norris. I've been to Spain, to see Warren.'
He smiles, 'How nice. Jamie doesn't mind sharing then?' She asks, 'What?' He shrugs, 'You, swapping from one son to the other. Still, keeps it in the family I suppose,' ;D ;D

She did redeem herself slightly tonight (only slightly mind) by being concerned about Danny's disappearance but I bet she is only worried because of her own guilt.
