I wouldnt bank on them not renewing his contract CG . For some reason they think he is popular but a look at any number of message boards like this one says otherwise!
I wouldnt mind if Tom turned out to be gay - I would hate it if him and prawn got together tho.

Agreed. I would have preferred Tom and Marcus to be a couple if Tom was gay. As I said previously, Prawn is too selfish to be in a relationship...it`s all me me me with him. When he doesn`t get his own way he`s very spiteful and bitchy.

Scary observation:- Carla is starting to sound more and more like Emm's Chas Dingle with every passing episode. I agree about the Mortons, tho' I never really disliked them anyway - they were just never given a chance to blend in slowly. The modern soap method (for the most part) seems to be to introduce new characters in a full-blown way and with far too much air-time. It's not natural, and it rarely works. |

There have been a few letters on teletext in support of the Mortons,I even emailed the ITV powers that be myself in support of them..but of course they couldn't possibly comment on future storylines or character development !! (they don't mind leaking it to the papers tho for publicitiy there was a letter the other day saying it was like watching something written by Victoria Wood..they must have watched it when Jonathan Harvey had written it seeing as he steals all of her lines |
