I'm still falling about laughing at Vernon's song ( and my stomach is still heaving at Dev )!

Vernon's song was very funny - but I doubt Liz will fall for it. He was such a repugnant sleazy character when he first arrived, I couldn't stand him. He's improved a lot, and I'll be sorry to see him go now.
Theresa should be arrested and charged for what she did to Jerry - and they've even got a copper in the house who could do it. Throw the book at her the evil witch.
Sean, Marcus and Norris in the Kabin! LMAO!! Camper than Christmas!
Something slightly sinister about Tina's dad, can't quite put my finger on it - but Gail should beware! Another loony sniffing round her.
Dev and Nina - bleurgh!
It looks like Julie will be with us a lot more, since they've insinuated her into Underworld. Still not sure if I like her yet, it takes someone special to compliment Kirk's character and dialogue and she has a lot to prove yet.

Mondays episodes were awful - the Dev and Nina storyline is completely uninteresting, Vernon singing was dreadful and the Morten's boring.
Tonights however was excellent, love the stuff with Sean and Tom, so he isnt gay afterall then. I can kind of related to Sean on this occasion (argggg!!!) as ive been there fancying straight lads.
The stuff with Mel and her friend is the start of an interesting storyline I think.
So yes Corrie is quite hit and miss at the moment with some really good storylines and some boring - too many eps!

'It certainly is, Stanley'.
Yes, Wednesday's much better than Monday's. Good to see Becky again, if only for a brief moment - I certainly wouldn't want to pick a fight with her tho'!
and...
I know exactly what you mean PQ - he worries me too - can't work out if it's just that he's a pretty crap actor trying (unsuccessfully) to do 'sincere, nice, amusing', and TBH, could Gail really be that unlucky? - Don't answer that! ;D

Sean is off again proving what a lovely loyal person he is..trying to jump on Tom who has been a good friend totally at ease with his and everyone elses sexuality..and because he shows a bit of friendship and closeness towards Sean..he tries to pounce and then accuses him of being in the closet ...grrr..God that man irritates the hell out of me marcus is well out of it..go to London Marcus and get yourself a man

Has Gail ever had a decent fella? R Brian was a troglodyte, Martin was a shagger, Hillman was a granny-bashing murderous psycho and Phil the Foot was a tad on the grim side.
Did Tom go off with Kelly in the end? She'll enjoy crowing to Sean about that.

Another stroyline without research...you don't just phone and go for some medical research...I did a flu drugs trial in 1996..it took weeks of interviews, blood tests, medical screening etc...shoddy writing again
Well done Marcus..I suppose now we'll have sean moping around for a couple of days missing Marcus..then wham! he will have forgotten about him, like his baby

Not only that. Sometimes when you're in hospital they approach you about being part of a trial as happened to me in 1994 when my endometriosis was first diagnosed.

Well done TPTB - for proving yet again what complete a**holes you are when it comes to sensible decision-making on who should go and who should stay. I was never overly keen on Marcus when he first appeared (always suspected he might have had a sinister side - glad to have been proven wrong), but I warmed to the character more and more over the months, and ultimately, he proved himself a decent guy, and far, far more believable as a 'real' person than the ludicrous Sean. On top of which, Charlie Condou can act, a talent which seems to have completely passed Antony Cotton by. So thanks TPTB, for getting it wrong again.

Charlie Condou was excellent in those scenes last night and acted Cotton off the screen. However I did find the character of Marcus quite irritating on occasions, I hope he apologised to Tom for getting it wrong!

I saw the end with the sound off waiting to check the credits and I agree he was excellent. Antony Cotton's reactions while Charlie Condou had tears rolling down his face reminded me of KF, even more so when he buried his head in Eileen's shoulder. She had a habit of covering her face. Why the hell do they keep that useless ham? Patsy

Amen and amen again. Marcus was superb when he listed all of Prawns bad points, and he was correct in everything that he said. Prawn is selfish to the core, and makes a terrible partner. I loved how he mentioned Violets baby and how supportive he was to Sean.
Maybe now the Corrie PTB can now see what a waste of acting space AC really is. I hope when his contract comes up, it won`t be renewed.

Hooray that Tom is permanent. I just hope and pray that Tom isn`t gay and he and prawn become a couple. Prawn doesn`t deserve anyone nice. Actually he doesn`t deserve anyone full stop.
