This is the place for all of you KF haters and I know she does have many. Here you can post free of anyone telling you otherwise. If you don't think her acting is up to much then feel free to say. If you think the actress has been rude about co-stars when you have seen her interviewed? Again this is the place to say.
However please try not to confuse Kate Ford with her on screen character Tracy Barlow or liabel her in anyway. Please keep it to opinions or facts but don't muddle the two.

She's at it again! I've just been told she said the other day the producer tried to get her to sign a new contract to 2009 and she wasn't worried about leaving because there'd always be a place for her there! Bloody cheek. Now, she's told so many lies in the past can we believe her? Or, like the 'quitting' story in the Sun last December just 2 days after The Kids of Coronation Street went out where Anne Kirkbride hugged Dawn and said how much she missed her, is it just saving face?

2009? I'm sorry I don't believe that at all. It is a wind up by someone. Where's the source?
Firstly they only have given her a year contract once in one go the rest were 3 month, 6 month extensions. The last alleged one in April was a 6 month one.
Secondly it is unheard of for British Soap actor to have ever been offered 4 years. Not even Bill Roach gets that. Yes he is untouchable but he stil needs to sign on the dotted line every one or two years. They only introduced the two year contracts in 2,000 and under Kieran Roberts scrapped them mainly to go back to the one year ones.

Who knows? But even if it was a wind-up, she is known for lying, contradicting and thinking she's superior since she has the arrogance of Daran, her spin doctor.

Look at her face at the NTAs when the newcomer nominations were read out. She was so smug, like she'd been told she'd romp it. If that moron presenting it hadn't gone on forever it would have spared us the agony of waiting. She didn't win and her face was like thunder. Then there was her fake shock at winning Best Bitch at the soapies this year. She knew. Isn't Daran on the panel? She grinned smugly THEN put her hands up to her face as though shocked.

Patsy I hated the song and dance they made of revealing the best newcomer. And then it went to flipping EE. She wasnt the only one with a face like thunder I can tell you. I noticed she pretended to act shocked at the soapies (badly)

It has been since revealed that Charley Webb of Emmerdale was a very close second for Newcomer that year (2003). I hope she gets shortlisted for most popular actress at NTA?

You certainly have. Rant away. ;D I can't stand watching The Kate Ford Show any more. Maybe I will when it reverts back to being called Coronation Street.

Btw, there were pics of Kate Ford and Tina O Brien in the Star today, Kate was stuffing her face with candy floss during a break from filming.

Btw, there were pics of Kate Ford and Tina O Brien in the Star today, Kate was stuffing her face with candy floss during a break from filming. I heard about that. But seriously people, why am I not surprised? she cant act properly, she cant eat properly, her eyebrows have minds of their own. Is she good for anything besides muscle spasms?

This one answer is hysterical from the Sunday Mirror mag:
Question - When did you last cry?
Answer - I'm not a big crier generally, but I bawled my eyes out the other night when I watched About Schmidt, starring Jack Nicholson. I was howling at the telly. Romantic, soppy films have the same effect on me. I also have to cry a lot at work, as Tracy's quite an angst-ridden character. Normally I can cry on demand, but if push comes to shove, they give me some eye drops.
ROTFLOL!

I just read in the Kate Ford fan bit she reckons she has loads of friends and can get on with anyone. Yet yesterday she was telling the Daily Star she can't get men because they all think she is Tracy and she scares them off.
I try not to ever comment on Kate as a person as I don't know her and she could be very nice. However it seems more and more her critics are right, she contradicts herself in interviews all the time. I know actors have to make things up for the publicity or are told what to say about certain things, however most don't change their stories on a weekly basis. I just don't get it.

Still doesn't explain why she changes her story every week. Is she misquoted? Or is she just a liar and makes it up as she goes along?
