Oh so do I. Maybe with Tracy and Cheerless Charlie gone things might look up. i just don't want them to go down their usual EE route of replacing a type with a type. Patsy

My mum has missed the last 4 and told me tonight she thought she'd miss it but hasn't. She's even planning her alternative viewing for 7.30 and 8.30 next week! I'm still shocked she's given up after 34 years.

I`ve said it a hundred times and I`ll say it again.....Corrie at its worst is still better than EE at it`s best. At this very moment, I`m watching the Corrie 40th anniversary special with the first 5 episodes and they were absolutely superb. As soon as Janice B slings her hook, I can look forward to it once again.

I'll probably start watching again when KF does and it gets back to storyline rotation instead of the favoured ones! Shelley and Tracy have had centre stage over 2 years.

I try to watch all five episodes, but not to the extent of recording them if I'm on holiday! I watch Friday and Sunday eps 'live', and the Monday and Wednesday eps the next morning (I work nights).
I quite agree that there are too many episodes anyway (and same applies to the other soaps too). I would actually like to see only two shows a week, though three would be acceptable.

Yes they should get rid of the doubles on Monday and just have them for special episodes.

And drop the Sunday ep which gets the least viewers (according to those suspect ratings) than any other ep.

I have just stopped watching completely. It has lost me as a viewer, but I will go back to it one day.

I only watch Barbara Knox's bits. Oh that sounds very rude. LOL! Scenes I mean. When I was catching up after getting back from Australia I'd read when Ed told Emily about killing Ernie was excellent so had a look at that and it was. Saw bits of Mike but only if Reet was in them. Didn't bother otherwise.

I watched it tonight, and it looks to me like Danny is bricking it, as he definately does not want to take orders from little brother Adam.

Its constructive criticism Jez Corrie can be prone to doing silly things here and there.

I was aware of that Jez I was just saying that Patsy has a point in a lot of the things she says about Corrie. The quality on a number of occasions decreases rapidly.

We'd all be happy if they just reduced the episodes to 3 a week. Thats the only problem at the moment I think.

Not a chance with Fob Off being as useless as a knackered old banger and ITV's obsession with it. They'll kill it. You see if they don't. People watch out of habit. I did. My mum did. But I know several people who do other things while it's on and aren't glued like they used to be. They just can't imagine not watching. Easy once you've switched off. Far easier than anyone thinks.
