There is a picture of Perdy, Rosemary and Charles Vaughn (Tom's friend and best man) kneeling on the floor near the body. Charles looks like he is giving CPR.
On another of the same group, some of the villagers including Hari, Louise, Jasmine, Pearl etc are stood behind in shock.

Well that rules Rosemary out then as she has other people that saw her find the body, so i doubt she had time to run downstairs after pushing him out of a window!

This Charles guy, it just shows that there are some inconsistences in the scripts, because why is he best man now and not at Tom's 'wedding' to Charity??? Obviously i don't think Jimmy would want to be best man this time round but still he could have asked someone else!!!

The description of the photos too lead me to believe that one of the three of them, Charles, Perdy and Rosemary have tried CPR. It says "Despite their best efforts"

Having now discovered who the 10 suspects i think that Matthew and Terry are my current favourites! However one thing that is bugging me is when the killer is finally revealed what will become of him/her??? will they:
1. confess and go to prison?
2. set someone else up for the murder?
3. it will be a big family secret and another killer will be walking free in the Dales!

Having studied the law of murder myself there are several ways to get off the charge of murder and reduce it to manslaughter! but is Tom's death going to be an accidental killing in the heat of the moment or do you think it will be cold blooded murder???
