I know some people will be happy to see him back in Corrie, but I for one think he's a complete prat and has had more than enough opportunities to get his act together.
What the hell sort of example does he think he's setting?

It was noticeable during the trial he had no character witnesses, unlike Bill Roache. I think he's lost it. How many girlfriends since he was charged? He promised TPTB he would get help for his drinking yet there are photos of him still at it. Now this revelation, allegedly to beat a paper revealing it. He is certainly going the right way to unemployment.

I have no doubt ITV will be sympathetic. They are very good with their actors who have drink and drug problems.

Last week there was a pic of him buying a new car after his talks with the Corrie producers. Not much use to him if he is caught drinking and driving. What a waste. He had it all....a great job, lovely family and he peed it all away in the pub toilets. His family in Australia are only hindering his 'recovery' by allowing him to drink. Not much sympathy here I`m afraid. He had his second chance and he blew it. The second chance that not many people would have gotten.

Yeah. He's coming across as arrogant, believing they'll never sack him, so will carry on regardless. He doesn't want help. Everything he said in court and to his bosses was a blatant lie. There's no guarantee he'll be allowed to live in Australia. They have strict requirements even if his brother can sponsor him.

Wow I had no idea Steven Arnold was a drinker. It`s good that he got the push though. Phil Collinson did right. Steven had chance after chance and thought he was invincible. I was reading similar articles from 2011 from that article Pats and it said about prawn and Marcus were going to have a civil ceremony. I`m glad they didn`t as I always thought Marcus deserved better. From the timeline I`m guessing it was Stuart Blackburn who nixed that idea. It`s a real shame Marcus is leaving....I really like him.

Interesting the last line mentions his good friend, Michael Le Vell. In which case he should use him to learn by. But then, he will have seen so many repeat offenders keeping their jobs so thinks he'll be okay. Prawn should just go. Has no one offered him any work? Patsy

Okay, if he's not going to be "in" the show until he straightens out, why are they showing him in previews arriving back, attacking, Tim, etc? How will they explain him gone again?
Uggh...

There was a long running joke years ago when a character from the now defunct soap, Crossroads, went to find a spanner and never returned. Maybe he'll do that.

All Kevin Webster has done for the last few years is wield a spanner or a fist, or cradle a pint in the Rovers. The only thing close to acting he has done in years was when he was having the fling with Furby-face Molly. He was pretty much useless and worn outlong before the court case. And if everyone knew that Micheal Le Vell was nasty in the drink, then he was already on thin ice. There's only so much bad behaviour that producers will tolerate, especially from a tired old character like Kevin.
