Those were my excact words too Jez.
Must admit Jack P Shepherd played an absolute blinder tonight. Going from laughing to crying in nanoseconds is somethng not many actors can do convincingly - but he did it superbly.
I loved the little touches of realism in tonights Corrie... the 'sweat' on Davids hoodie under the arms and chest from where he had been running. Nice touch there!
And can someone please tell Kelly Crablegs that she`s not supposed to wash wool cardigans on the 'hot' wash cycle. Good grief it had shrunk almost to her armpits
;D ;D
Those 2 episodes could really have done without 'Miss Hell'. The storylines meant nothing and went round in circles again and again for gawds sake.

It was a good couple of episodes last night.
I am pleased that Ryan is showing an interest in his real family, and wanting to get to know his father.
After the way Michelle more or less excluded him in favour of the spoilt Alex, it is no more than she deserves.

How dreadful the way Carla and Liam sacrificed Vicki in order to winkle out the real thief, ok so it worked but if I were Vicki I'd never trust them again. I don't remember if they apologised and grovelled and begged her forgiveness, but I doubt they did. I agree with everyone else about Toneye being built up as the next villain - give it a rest. Maybe he's not very nice but he doesn't have to be some Dr Evil type either. Gail's fall down the stairs was quite convincing - she even scraped the wall with her high heels. Maybe that's the evidence they need to show she fell forcibly rather than a quick slip? Dunno much about forensics, but I hope that little b*stard David finally gets punished for something. It's understandable that he's hurt, but the boy is a psycho - he can't keep getting away with attacking everyone he doesn't like. Again, I agree that the Michelle, Nick Ryan stuff is going on too long - and when will they get round to suing the Health Authority? Dev in Vallandro's?  Says it all - he just cramps Amber's style - full stop. Get rid of him. |

That push was not an accident if David ever claims it was. The way he pushed her, he meant to do Gail serious harm. You don`t just lash out like that in anger like that and then expect no one to be hurt.
But I do see both points of view between the awkward situation Gail was in, and the betrayal that David felt. David has been a ticking time bomb for quite a while now and if he doesn`t get arrrsted for this then there is no justice in the world. How can Gail ever feel safe around him ever again?
