Yes it was marks. I saw it on Harry Hill. Looked like a hole last night. LOL!
It's getting ridiculous now. They've axed characters for less. They should return to the old rota system for storylines and give the viewers a bloody rest from the SAME ones year in, year out.

LOL!
You didn't honestly think Sean would wallow in grief for long, did you? Vera was miraculously over her mugging in a couple of days with no fears. Reet was miraculously over her flat wrecking during it then again when she moved in with Emily. LOL!

LOL! There doesn't seem to be any end to it. When are they going to realise 5 eps a week is overkill? ? Probably never. If profits slid drastically tomorrow they'd probably add more, thinking it's the only solution. Patsy

Some nice throwaway scenes tonight I thought. I loved the banter in the Rovers about their fave music whilst going out. In case anyone is interested mine was Theme from S`Express. No particular reason, it has such a catchy beat. I have that on my MP3 player Pats ;D

Crikey I'd blanked that out of my mind, CG. LOL! Haven't heard that since the early 90s when I used to watch MTV.

I can't stop humming that song Becky was singing in the cafe. I vaguely remember it from way back - is it a religious song?

LOL at Kirk practising telling Fiz by talking to a toy!
Ken has been reduced to a right pointless drip - better not appear at all than make sad comments/jokes about parking spaces.
Tina is a fool if she backs up Splatt - don't do it, girl, let him rot.

The whole place is overrun with builders suddenly: Bill and Jason, the new ones at the end of the street, and Vernon's mates. It's like High Noon.
Tina is a bloody idiot to give David an alibi - when she disappoints him again he'll do something unspeakable to her next.
Roy will no doubt regret asking Becky to lodge with him - they're hardly compatible.
I feel sorry for Fiz - Chesney isn't her child but I suppose she feels a moral responsibility to him, since his mother is useless. Does he have a father who is likely to spring up at some point? Who is paying the rent on the house if Les and Cilla are absent, and Kirk is out of work? It's all a big mess - and I'm surprised that Emily wasn't the one to step in, rather than Claire, but we hardly ever see Emily anymore.

Yeah - don't you just want to give her a good slap?
David as Pint-sized Psychopath was very entertaining for a while, but it's all starting to wear very, very thin. Have we any idea how much longer this storyline is supposed to continue? I just hope that he does get his come-uppance very soon, and that it's a logical one too, otherwise it's going to sending out totally wrong signals to other would-be Davids out there. He needs time 'inside', or in a psychiatric unit.
Nice to see that the writers have stayed fairly constant with Bill's attitude over all this. He hasn't trusted David from Day One, and very much looks as if Audrey is finally opening her eyes to what her darling grandson is really like too.

Oh Roy! What have you done, letting Becky come and 'co-habit' with you? I'm sure he's going to regret it. Great scenes with Roy and Becky last night - the expression on his face when she was winding him up in front of the others! ;D

My, that Leanne Battersby certainly likes her nookie. She's hardly known Dan Mason for five minutes and off they go in the middle of the day like a couple of viagra-fuelled Easter bunnies.
No wonder Mason senior is disapproving - especially after he was briefed by Blanche. The line "imagine "Pretty Woman" set in Manchester but with a less attractive leading lady, and you've got the picture" was another classic.
