I enjoyed Corrie more than Emmerdale last night whilst last week I was enjoying Emmerdale more. It various between episodes. I do think Anna is a great character in Emmerdale but I dont like Pam in Corrie.

Well, after a few weeks wallowing around like a ship with no-one at the helm, it seems some of the writers have arrived back off holiday to take charge.
Is it a permanent? Let's hope so.
Yup, I enjoyed last night's episodes, particularly the second.
Tony, or 'Popeye' as I shall call him henceforth, is turning into a genuinely 'hissable' villain - all he needs is a black cloak. His mate at the other garage looks a bit scary too - I think this storyline is getting better and better.
Liz behaving like the tart we all know she is, and doesn't she look awful? Fun scenes between her and Clarissa tho' - eyeing each other up, with Harry stuck in the middle.
And Dev! A storyline! Even tho' I don't really like the tired old ham, I thought his scenes were very funny - now he's really got his hands full.
Plenty of other good bits too, when I wasn't being distracted by Rosie. She's a very pretty girl, but I just wish she'd keep her chest puppies under control!

Good episodes, poor old Kevin is definitely being hung out to dry.
Does any one else think that Dev is being reeled in for some sort of stitch up between his new golfing buddy and his missus. ??

yes I think there is something going on there....still its nice to see Dev get a storyline. Rosie needs a good slap for betraying her dad like she did ..and i agree...PUT THEM AWAY I can't tell you howm uch Michelle is annoying me..Go up say good night to your daughter then go....WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS...Its time Liz brought her down a peg or two

I get that impression about Dev being stitched up too. Maybe Devs golfing pal and his wife are trying to blackmail Dev after Dev is caught literally with his pants down ;D

I`m wondering if Tony Gordon is involved somehow. Did anyone notice the smirk on Tonys face when Dev introduced him to Prem in the Rovers? I wouldn`t be surprised if Prem and Nina conspired to wrangle the corner shops off Dev so that Tony could expand his business empire all the more.

Just been catching up with last nights. Corrie seems to have improved again. Even Dev's scenes were interesting to watch for once.
Did anyone notice they appeared to be set on seperate days and not the usual 2 episodes set on the one day with a cliffhanger at the end of the first.

I realise that our Kevin isn't the sharpest chisel in the toolbox, but surely one of the first questions you would expect him to ask when he was undercut for the Streetcabs contract would be how the rival company found out that he already had the contract in order to approach Lloyd Mullaney with an offer he couldn't refuse. He has obviousy twigged that Tony Gordon is behind it (because TG said as much) but I wonder when the penny will really drop?
I'd expect Kevin to show Rawzeh the door when that happens.

And LOL at Ted's fag hag comment. I texted my "fag hag" Donna to tell her I thought of her when I heard that! (although I dont like calling her that, I find it a bit insulting)

Kent certainly is. Unless they took B roads the entire way to avoid the traffic or the writers think the M25 is countryside. LOL!

Did anyone else feel like they wanted to smack Janice across the side of her face when she made those hateful comments to Audrey about her Alfie? She really is a vicious spiteful bitch, and by all accounts the same in real life too.

Did anyone else feel like they wanted to smack Janice across the side of her face. This is an urge I have felt ever since her first episode. !!

Audrey and Bill were an odd pairing, they were bound to split up eventually.
Getting fed up of the Tony/Kevin stuff now - how much longer are they going to drag out this intimidation campaign? Anyway I hope Tony doesn't get his way - the whole street will be swallowed up if he has a factory, distribution centre and offices down that end. Rosie will wind up being the saviour - when she grasses up Carla for shagging Liam, it'll be over between them and he'll crawl off with his tail between his legs (hopefully)
Jerry is being very naive where Theresa is concerned - he should know she's up to no good.

I thought Reet would have sold up by now but it's stagnating because you just know she won't any more than Kevin will. Looking ahead I'm strongly reminded of Richard Hillman.

Wow how handy was that to have a pestle and mortor right in the kitchen when Theresa decided to grind up those pills!!! ;D I hope Bill doesn`t leave Corrie now he and Audrey have split up. There is still a lot of mileage left in his character. And he does have ties in the street what with his bilding contracter business and also Kev, Sal and the girls too. I wish they would bring back Sue Devine as Debbie Webster. She was such a terrific character and I really liked her.

Yeah most of us have to put up with the worktop and the back of a spoon. Not to poison anyone, I hasten to add. Crush up pet pills so the little sods take them. LOL!
